Hugo Thomas worked as a Transport Consultant at the World Bank based in La Paz, Bolivia. He brought support to national roads and urban transports projects. Urban mobility and transport infrastructure issues, which are critical for the economic development and people’s life quality improvement, fascinate him. Hugo has a civil engineering degree from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (Spain) and is currently completing a Master’s Degree in Transport and Sustainable Development at École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées in Paris, France.
