Hywon Cha Kim is a Senior Knowledge Management Specialist at the World Bank. She is currently leading the Global Partnership on Output-Based Aid’s (GPOBA) knowledge program sharing accumulated lessons and experiences of result-based approaches through targeted outreach, communications products and knowledge exchanges. Hywon's prior experience with the World Bank includes designing and coordinating knowledge and communication activities in the water, energy, and urban sectors. She holds a master's degree in Urban Planning from the University of Virginia, and bachelor's degree in economics from Boston College.
