Ibrahima SAMBA has 10 years of field experience in various areas, including education, health, ECD and artisanal fisheries. He has contributed to the evaluation of several ECD programs for international NGOs in Senegal. Ibrahima has worked at ChildFund Senegal as ECD program manager, overseeing and ensuring quality of community ECD services. He also has experience in business development and partnership building. Ibrahima Samba has a background in sociology and works in several sectoral projects to improve early childhood services in Senegal.
