Ignacio is a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank’s Office of Strategic Planning and Development Effectiveness. He specializes in monitoring and evaluation and his research interests include education policy and institutional capacity. Prior to his current role, Ignacio worked as a consultant for the Management Capacity and Service Delivery Thematic Group at the World Bank’s Global Education Practice and, before that, for the Ministry of Education of Peru. Ignacio holds a Master’s in Public Administration from the Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
