Imra is a Civil/Water Engineer with combined experience in water engineering, flood risk management, and disaster risk reduction. Her strong interest in floods led her to the degree of Master of Science and Engineering with specialization in Flood Risk Management obtained from UNESCO-IHE Delft, Netherlands. Besides this degree, she holds Master degree in Hydrotechnics and Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Sarajevo in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Right now she works on the implementation of the Sava – FFWS project as an Expert-Consultant for Flood Forecasting and Early Warning system within Deltares Consortium (Eptisa). Also, she is actively volunteering for the Disaster Risk Reduction working group of Water Youth Network organization which connects youth and promote their contribution to DRR around the world
