Ingrid Korsgard came to the World Bank as part of the Alfa Fellowship, a high-level professional development program bringing young European and American specialists to Moscow. Ingrid joined the fellowship program after finishing her coursework for a MS in Development at American University. Before joining the Agriculture Global Practice team in Moscow, her areas of work included youth development, government capacity strengthening to reduce child labor, health and environmental sustainability.
