Ingrid Magnusson is Policy Officer at the European Institute of Peace, focusing on mediation quality and European peacemaking policy. She leads a number of projects on challenging areas in conflict mediation, developing and refining the ways in which the peacemaking community can respond to these - both at the policy-level and in the field. Prior to joining the EIP she worked in the Swedish delegation to the Political and Security Committee at the Council of the European Union, covering issues relating to peacemaking and stability, and the development of EU Global Strategy. She has analysed Iranian bilateral dynamics for the European External Action Service, and researched political risk in Pakistan and South Asia for the AKE group. Ingrid holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the London School of Economics and has a business background in London’s start-up scene.
