Insaf Fradi is a Private Sector Specialist working in the FCI MENA WEST team based in Tunis. She is focusing on private sector development in Tunisia through export development, improved access to finance and digitization and entrepreneurship enhancement.
Prior to that she worked as advisor to the Minister of Development, Investment and International Cooperation of Tunisia, where her focus was on investment climate reforms and international cooperation projects coordination.
Fradi started her career as financial analyst in France for BNP Paribas and Natixis, focusing on financial products development and credit financing for Public Sector and Financial Institutions before moving to Tunisia and engaging in Public Sector.
Prior to joining Ministerial cabinets, Fradi participated in incubator and accelerator programs in France and Tunisia (e.g. IRD, Founder Institute, Startup weekend, HEC incubator, ATUGE Venture, YSB, F6labs) and organized an incubator program for startups in Paris (2010-2014). She developed a good knowledge of innovation and startup ecosystem and financing options in France and Tunisia.
She holds a (i) Master’s in international finance from HEC Paris (2010); and (ii) Engineer Diploma from ENSIMAG France specialized in applied mathematics for finance (2009).
