Irene serves as a Knowledge Management Associate at the Social Protection & Jobs Global Practice where she co-leads the Knowledge Management agenda, advises on SPJ Operational Learning, develops the SPJ Visual Identity Sourcebook and supports the East Africa Girls’ Empowerment and Resilience (EAGER). She has experience in international management, social protection, communication strategies, trade advisories including a tenure as an International Trade Advisor at the Embassy of Spain in Jakarta and Indonesia. Irene holds an MBA in international Management from Universidad Internacional Menéndez Pelayo and a graduate degree in Communication Studies from Universidad Carlos III.
