Irina Guban is a health specialist at World Bank country office in Moldova. Her work is focused on the hospital optimization, primary care strengthening, payment systems and tobacco taxation and control policies. Irina has been exposed to cross-sectoral work on Moldova’s social assistance reform, but also was involved in cross-regional work. She has academic degree in business economics from Hogeschool NOVI (the Netherlands) and international economic relations degree from International Management Institute in Moldova.
