Iris Marmanillo, Senior Water Supply and Sanitation Specialist in the Latin America and Caribbean Region (LAC), of the World Bank’s Water Global Practice, is a Sanitary Engineer with MBA, diploma in Formulation and Evaluation of Public Investment Projects and in Regulation of Public Services; with more than 25 years of experience in the water and sanitation sector working in the public and private sectors and multilateral agencies in countries for the LAC Region. In the public sector in Peru, as member of the board of the largest Water and Sanitation Utility, and as Water and Sanitation Specialist at Ministry of Economy and Finance. During the last fourteen years works as Senior Water Supply and Sanitation Specialist at the World Bank, leading technical assistance and lending projects in LAC countries.
