Isabelle is a Consultant in the World Bank’s Transport Global Practice where she supports the bank’s activities to decarbonize maritime transport. Before joining the Bank, she spent six years at UMAS International leading the group’s work on maritime climate policies. Isabelle has a BA in Political and Economic Sciences from RWTH Aachen University (Germany), an MSc in Environmental Policy and Management from Utrecht University (Netherlands) and currently pursues a part-time doctoral degree on climate finance at University College London (United Kingdom).
