Issa Kiemtoré is a monitoring and evaluation specialist, working as field coordinator and database manager for the World Bank’s Development Impact Evaluation Group and the Social Protection & Jobs Department in the Democratic Republic of Congo. Over the last five years, he has provided technical support for impact evaluations of community development, public works and productive inclusion programs. He holds a Master in Public Economics from the African School of Economics.
