Iuliia Zemlytska is a Consultant based in Singapore with the World Bank’s Infrastructure, PPPs and Guarantees (IPG) Group. Her work focuses on the analysis of infrastructure investment trends, as well as policies that improve regulatory environments promoting private infrastructure investments and PPPs. Previously, Iuliia worked as a lawyer with a national PPP and investment promotion agency and managed a rule of law reform program in Ukraine. She holds an LL.M. in International Law from Leiden University in the Netherlands, and a Master's in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore.
