Mr. Kolev joined the World Bank in 2012 coming from IFC. He is a Bulgarian national and holds Master degrees from Sofia University and London School of Economics and Political Science. Before joining the World Bank, he worked for the Ministry of Finance, Bulgaria; Sofia WSS company, Bulgaria; United Utilities, Middle East and IFC PPP Transaction Advisory, ECA.
