Ms. Moreno is Senior Land Administration Specialist. She is a Cadastral and Geodetic Engineer from the Distrital University of Bogota and holds a Master of Science in Geo-information Science and Land Administration from the University of Twente in the Netherlands. Ms. Moreno has more than 20 years of experience in formalization and restitution of land tenure rights, cadastre, and land use planning.
Her current projects focus in capacity building for the modernization of land administration systems in Colombia, Nicaragua, São Tomé e Príncipe, and Eastern Caribbean Countries.
Ms. Moreno professional track record includes positions like General Deputy of the Land Restitution Unit in Colombia, lecturer at Distrital University of Bogota, FAO tutor of the Course on Voluntary Guidelines for Land Tenure Governance, and consultant for FAO and USAID.
