Jack is an experienced infrastructure and PPP practitioner working as a specialist on the GI Hub team that develops tools and guidance materials for governments in both developed and emerging markets aimed at supporting the delivery of high quality infrastructure. A lawyer, Jack brings several years of experience from a variety of perspectives across the public and private sectors.
Jack has been with the GI Hub since 2017 and, prior to joining the GI Hub, worked as a project finance lawyer at the international law firm King & Wood Mallesons and, prior to that, for the international contractor CIMIC Group on PPPs and infrastructure transactions.
