Jack's current research at the Centre for Banking & Finance Law focuses on financial structures and regulatory regimes across the Asia-Pacific region for satellite projects and other commercial space activities. Prior to joining the Centre, Jack practiced law with King & Wood Mallesons in Hong Kong and in Singapore. While practicing, he was also seconded to Hong Kong’s Securities & Futures Commission where he worked on both policy and enforcement matters.
Jack is admitted to practice law before the Supreme Court of Victoria and the High Court of Hong Kong.
