Jacqueline is the Senior Social Marketing Specialist at the Water and Sanitation Program of the World Bank, providing technical advice in behavior change and social marketing on rural sanitation and hand washing. She also launched and leads a Behavior Change Community of Practice within the World Bank’s Sustainable Development Network. A M.B.A. graduate from McGill University, Jacqueline has over 29 years of experience in commercial and social marketing, fifteen of which were based in West Africa and Cambodia
