Jade Wong is an infrastructure finance professional with over a decade of experience across the public and private sectors. She specializes in financial and project structuring and has a strong background in assessing public policies that support infrastructure development.
She currently leads project preparation and structuring across the Asia Pacific region for the Global Infrastructure Facility (GIF) at the World Bank, covering sectors such as energy, transport, water and sanitation, municipal solid waste, digital and social infrastructure. Previously, she was with the International Finance Corporation’s (IFC) Infrastructure group, focusing on Asia Pacific investments. Jade began her career as an investment analyst at a global macro hedge fund, specializing in commodities and energy markets.
She holds a Master’s in Finance from INSEAD and dual bachelor’s degrees in Accountancy and Finance from Nanyang Technological University.
