Jagath Seneviratna serves as Director - Monitoring and Evaluation for Information and Communication Technology Agency of Sri Lanka (ICTA) which is the apex for digital transformation under the Ministry of Technology. Prior to joining ICTA he was the Senior Economist for the Fair Trading Commission and has served as Head of Monitoring and Evaluation for GIZ Basic Education Programme. He has diverse competencies in designing & managing, programme planning, evaluation in digital transformation, behavior surveillance, and Competition Policy - consumer Protection. His experience and skills were magnified with the numerous international training he has received.
