These sectors have included oil & gas (petrochemicals, terminals/storage facilities, LNG), power/renewables, mining/resources, climate/carbon, transport (road, rail, sea, air), water treatment and distribution, waste management, biomass, health & hospitals, education, sports and leisure, integrated resorts, casinos, telecoms, and defense. He advises project developers/sponsors, host governments, and funders (commercial banks, export credit agencies, and multilaterals).
James is also well known for his extensive experience of PPPs (public private partnerships) across Asia. His clients have included national/subnational governments, agencies, or ministries in Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Myanmar, Brunei, Mongolia, Vietnam, India, Sri Lanka, and the Philippines.
