James K. Hoover is a management consultant with Accenture. His experience lies in organizational assessments and large-scale transformation projects with clients in the international development, health care and technology sectors. He has conducted numerous process design, strategy development and training workshops with U.S.-based and international organizations. James received his bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University, where he studied international development and finance.
