James Rawlins is an Associate Director at The Carbon Trust, which was set up by the UK Government in 2001 to help the UK business sector understand and act on climate change, and today works around the world as a not-for-profit organisation helping government and corporate clients move towards a sustainable, low carbon economy. James leads projects advising government and institutional clients on the policies and interventions they can deploy to stimulate energy efficiency, carbon emission reduction and technology innovation and deployment.
