James Tay is currently the Operations Officer at the World Bank Group’s Singapore Infrastructure and Urban Development Hub. Prior to joining the World Bank, he worked at the Centre for Liveable Cities, Ministry of National Development, Singapore. James is a water engineer by profession and has worked on projects in Australia, Singapore, and India. He holds a Master of Public Administration from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, Singapore, and a Bachelor of Civil and Construction Engineering from Curtin Technological University, Australia. His professional interests include areas of water, urban development and public policy.
