James Wire is a Technical Consultant with the Agriculture Global Practice where his assignment is to ensure that the Hack4Ag Hackathon is successfully conducted in Uganda. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the ICT and Agriculture fields over the last Seventeen years consulting for numerous international organizations. He hold a Masters in Business Administration from the Delta International University (New Orleans, USA), a B.Sc. in Agricultural Economics from Makerere University, and a diploma in 21st Century Telecommunications from Informa Telecoms (UK) among others.
