Javier Morales Sarriera is a Senior Economist in the Transport Practice at the World Bank, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina. With extensive experience in project management and analytical work for governments in Latin America, he specializes in urban transport policies, financing, impact evaluation, and demand estimation. He has received a Master’s degree in Transportation from MIT (USA) and a Master's degree in Economics from CEMFI (Spain).
