Jean-Christophe (also known as “JC”) is an international deal mediator and the founding Executive Director of the World Association of PPP Units & Professionals (WAPPP), a Geneva-based impact organization that aims to de-risk public-private partnerships (PPPs) to drive the Sustainable Development Goals (UN 2030 Agenda) and improve lives through climate-resilient infrastructure.  
 
JC’s areas of expertise are public-private governance and collaboration, project contract management, and dispute avoidance, namely dispute resolution boards. During his career, JC has worked in numerous roles in both the public and private sectors. In 2020 he co-founded the European Champions Alliance to unleash the potential of European Tech and co-authored a guide on “Early Stage Governance – an effective lever for the development of start-ups.”  
 
JC is on the board of the federal umbrella organization for mediation in Switzerland and coordinates the Swiss B2B Mediation practice community under the auspices of the Swiss Chamber of Commercial Mediation. He holds an Executive MBA from ESSEC & MANNHEIM Business School and law degrees from the Centre Juridique Franco-Allemand, Université de Lausanne, and Eberhard-Karls Universität Tübingen. JC is also an accredited mediator in Switzerland with FSM and the French-German Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
