Jean Lubega Kyazze is the Program Manager for the Trade and Competitiveness Global Practice portfolio in South Sudan. She has joined the team working on the East African Community Common Market Protocol Scorecard (CMS), 2016, and supports in-country implementation collaboration and works with partners and line ministries to prioritize and program requisite CMS reforms. She is also working on operations to accelerate regional integration in the East African Community.
