Jeff Allen is a consultant in the Financial Inclusion, Infrastructure & Access group of World Bank’s Finance, Competitiveness & Innovation Global Practice. His work focuses on leveraging technology to advance financial inclusion and models for electronic payments acceptance. Previously, he held positions at Promontory Financial Group, the U.S. Treasury Department, and the Conference of State Bank Supervisors. Jeff is also a PhD candidate in International Political Economy at the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS). He holds a BA and MBA from the University of Virginia and an MA from SAIS.
