Jeffrey Waite is an Adviser in the World Bank’s West/Central Africa Education Unit. Since joining the World Bank in 1997, Jeffrey has worked primarily in the Middle East & North Africa and East Asia & Pacific Regions, spending several years leading the Human Development program in the Vietnam and Morocco Country Offices. Prior to joining the Bank, Jeffrey worked for the New Zealand Government. He has a PhD in Linguistics from the University of Montreal and a Diploma in Public Administration from the French National School of Administration.
