Jemilehin Funmilayo is Nigeria’s delegate to the World Bank Youth Summit 2021 & 2022. She is professionally versed in Economic Research and Statistics particularly in Africa’s Agricultural and Rural Development sector with practical experiences from two Agricultural financial institutions which are the Bank of Agriculture, and the Nigeria Incentive-Based Risk Sharing System for Agricultural Lending (NIRSAL PLC.). She is currently a Monitoring and Evaluation officer at NIRSAL PLC where she oversees the smooth running of the Credit Risk Guarantee Operations and Portfolio Management and Agricultural Value Chain Finance and Investment Services.
She holds a Master’s degree in Agricultural Extension and Rural Development from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria and a Bachelors’ degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension from the Federal University of Technology, Akure, Nigeria.
