Jennifer is a Consultant in the World Bank’s Climate Change Group. Here she supports the bank’s activities in decarbonizing maritime transport. She holds a master’s in Global Environment and Climate Change Law and a master’s in International Business from the University of Edinburgh. Prior to joining the Bank, she worked to ensure that climate and environmental law was enforced by supporting several strategic climate litigation cases and supporting the development of an independent environmental regulatory for the U.K. government.
