Jessica Sinclair Taylor is the Communications Officer for the Mwananchi Programme, a 5 year DFID-funded citizen voice and accountability programme, based at the Overseas Development Institute in London. Prior to this project she has worked on issues as diverse as climate change, women’s rights and financial services reform, in communications, knowledge management and campaigning. She was a Fulbright Scholar at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy, Tufts University. Jessica is particularly interested in the power of local media for empowerment and development.
