Jessica is currently a student at the University of Ontario Institute of Technology, heading into her 5th and final year in the Energy Systems Engineering program. She is currently helping research the viability of bioethanol plants in Ontario, under the guidance of Daniel Hoornweg and Dr. Jennifer McKellar alongside Connor Duhaime. She believes the issue of climate change is one the world needs to focus on; and determining clean, renewable and sustainable methods of generating energy is what interests her. She looks forward to the future where she hopes to help establish appropriate methods around the world.
