Jia Wen is a Disaster Risk Management Consultant with the East Asia and Pacific Team. She works on projects including in Lao PDR, Cambodia, Indonesia related to flood risk management, urban resilience, and recovery and reconstruction. Prior to joining the World Bank, Jia Wen worked with the World Food Programme in Myanmar, and WaterAid, an international NGO. Jia Wen has a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in History and International Relations from Tufts University.
