Jie Li is an energy and environmental specialist at the World Bank, working in the Disaster Risk Management and Climate Change unit of the South Asia region. She holds a bachelor’s degree in atmospheric sciences and a master’s degree in atmospheric physics from Peking University and a doctorate in public affairs from the Woodrow Wilson School of Princeton University. With a combined background in atmospheric sciences and environmental policy, she has been working on energy-related environmental issues in general and climate change mitigation in particular. She also works on the task force of the Brick Initiave of Climate and Clean Air Coalition to Reduce SLCPs.
