Jill Farrington is former Coordinator, Noncommunicable Diseases, WHO Regional Office for Europe and has over 20 years public health experience including working in around 50 countries and three regions of the world. She currently works in public health for the UK NHS, Nuffield Centre for International Health and Development, Leeds, UK and as an occasional consultant for WHO and the World Bank.
