Jimmy Graham is a consultant with the education practice of the World Bank, where he analyzes literacy trends in East Asia and the Pacific and the impact of early grade reading projects. Prior to working at the Bank, he served as an education volunteer with the Peace Corps in the Dominican Republic, conducted data collection for an RCT in Rwanda, and helped managed M&E projects with QED. He graduated from Georgetown with a Master’s degree in Global Human Development in 2017.
