Jin Lee is a Private Sector Specialist with the World Bank Group’s Finance, Competitiveness, and Innovation Global Practice. She has 12 years of experience in climate change, entrepreneurship, and finance for private sector development. Her current work focuses on early stage financing and capacity building of incubators and accelerators supporting green businesses. Prior to joining the Bank, Jin has advised the European Commission on its climate and energy policy implementation and invested in and managed carbon finance projects. Jin holds M.A. in International Economics from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies and B.A. in Geography and Environmental Biology from Colgate University.
