Joachim Boko is Senior Social Protection Specialist at the World Bank. He is currently the Task Team Leader for the PACAD project, based in Brazzaville. Joachim has worked at the World Bank for the past 15 years. He has worked in several countries, including Benin, Togo, Guinea, Central African Republic, Lesotho and the Republic of Congo. Before joining the Bank, Joachim has served as advisor for local governments in Benin. Joachim Holds a Master’s degree in public administration from the University of Pittsburgh’s Graduate School of Public and International Affairs.
