Joana has been working on climate change communications for the World Bank since 2012. As the Climate Change Group online producer, she focuses on crafting engaging digital and social media strategies, publishing and creating content for web platforms.
Before joining the World Bank, Joana held various communications positions including television production, writing for the web, and press relations. She has a degree in communications from Universidade do Minho in Portugal.
