Joe Pryor is a Senior Climate Change Specialist in the Climate Finance and Economics Unit in the World Bank. Joe has over 20 years’ experience in developing and implementing climate policy—working with both government and the private sector. Prior to joining the World Bank, Joe developed climate policies for the Australian Government and worked as a consultant, advising governments and large businesses on managing carbon financial liabilities.
