John Anderson is a Private Sector Development Specialist with the World Bank Group. Since 2011, he has managed the Converting and Transferring Currency indicators developed by the Global Indicators and Analysis Department. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, John designed and managed USAID-funded development projects and analyzed food security conditions for the United Nations. He has lived and worked in Bangladesh, Kenya, and Malawi. John holds a master’s degree concentrating in economics and public policy from Princeton University’s Woodrow Wilson School and a BA from Swarthmore College.
