John is owner and director of Pengwern Associates. He is economic and strategy expert working at the intersection between energy, climate and development policy. His work covers all aspects of the economics of climate change, including mitigation policy, adaptation economics and climate finance. He works with private sector clients, philanthropies, and multilateral and bilateral development partners. He is also a Senior Visiting Fellow at the Grantham Research Institute at London School of Economics and an Associate Fellow at Chatham House.
