Jonathan Papoulidis is executive adviser on fragile states at World Vision. He previously served with the United Nations, including in Indonesia as U.N. coordinator for Aceh, in Liberia with U.N. peacekeeping and with UNOCHA at headquarters and in the field. He has held appointments as visiting scholar at Stanford University and York University’s Center for Refugee Studies. He has a master’s degree in international relations from the University of Cambridge.
