Research Analyst, Identification for Development (ID4D) Initiative, World Bank

Jorin Wolff is a Research Analyst with the World Bank’s Identification for Development (ID4D) Initiative, where he leads the global analysis of foundational and digital ID systems. His work focuses on measuring ID coverage worldwide and uncovering the barriers that prevent people from obtaining legal identification, as well as the challenges faced by those without it. Prior to joining the World Bank, Jorin served as a project coordinator in Colombia, where he managed impact evaluations to support evidence-based development initiatives. He holds an MSc in Development Studies (Applied Development Economics) from the London School of Economics, where he graduated top of his class.
