Jose Carlo is a student pursuing a master’s degree in economics at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (PUC-Chile). He has served as a research consultant for the Development Impact Evaluation Unit (DIME) at The World Bank and as a research assistant at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL).
