Joseph Lemoine is an Analyst at the Growth Analytics unit in the Development Economics Vice Presidency of the World Bank. He previously was a member of the Doing Business team and covered the Resolving Insolvency and Getting Credit indicators. Prior to joining the World Bank Group, Joseph worked in leading law firms in France. He holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Georgetown University Law Center as well as a Master’s degree in Comparative Law from Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (France) and a Master’s degree in European Governance from Sciences Po Grenoble (France).
