I am an agriculturalist by training with graduate degrees in Crop Science. I work in the Uganda Country Office of the World Bank as a Senior Agriculture Specialist. I am a Task Team Leaderfor one Bank agriculture project and Trust Fund. I am also a Co-TTL in a number of projects in both Uganda and at the Regional level. As a TTL I interface frequently with senior officials of the Uganda Government.
